The sifter is an oscillating system containing a vertical vibration electric motor. At the both upper and lower ends of the motor main shaft, are provided eccentric exiting weights, with the upper one and the main shaft fixed, and the lower one adjustable to different phase angles (0~90 o). When the motor is set to operation, the material being processed is subjected to both a great centrifugal force and a strong vertically-applied force, and therefore put under a recombination motion, so as to screen different materials efficiently.
