Function characteristics

1.Unwinding,traction and rewinding are controlled by independent frequency conversion motor, this machine adopts seven motors tension autocontrolled system, collocated with man-machine interface and standstill picture.

2.Color register system(lengthways and transverse) is controlled by independent micro-processor;it can modify the difference or error rapidly.

3.Machine has many functions such as display of color-register error,general revising of system error and alarming of bad color-register.

4.Machine can adopts shaftless installation function and clamp the shaft pneumatically.

5.Wider machine adopts top-press the copper roller and glue roller print type;it can keep the consistent color of the printing surface(transverse).

6.Printing press roller and traction glue roller are controlled by pneumatic components, high automatization.

7.Cylinder and scraper are moveable, can be three-dimensional adjusted, it can control the ink-scraper angle and pressure efficiently.

8.Machine collocated with pneumatic septum pump, stainless steel ink-plated and automatic circulation ink-feeding system.

9.The drying box  is closed type, temperature is autocontrolled, open and close is pneumatic, and the heating source is installed outside.

10.Rewinding unit adopts double shafts drove by double motors.It adopts air shaft or shaftless type to load and unload the material. Unwinding tension is autocontrolled and synchro with the main machine;it can change the material without stopping the machine.

11.This machine also has meter-counter.
